How hands-on is your approach? Is this consulting or implementation?
I provide both strategic guidance AND hands-on implementation. Unlike traditional consultants who only advise, I roll up my sleeves and do the work- I get into your business and set up automations & workflows for you. You get the benefit of both strategy and execution in one partnership.
How much time will I need to dedicate to onboarding and training/managing you?
My goal is to save you time, not create more work. After our initial kick-off call and basic system access setup, I work independently while keeping you informed through clear, concise updates. No babysitting required- I bring over a decade of operational experience to handle projects autonomously.
I'm not sure exactly what I need. How do I explain my situation?
That's completely normal! Before our call, you'll receive a simple intake form with guided questions.
