How hands-on is your approach? Is this consulting or implementation?

I provide both strategic guidance AND hands-on implementation. Unlike traditional consultants who only advise, I roll up my sleeves and do the work- whether that's setting up automation, managing projects, or training your team. You get the benefit of both strategy and execution in one partnership.

How much time will I need to dedicate to onboarding and training/managing you?

My goal is to save you time, not create more work. After our initial kick-off call and basic system access setup, I work independently while keeping you informed through clear, concise updates. No babysitting required- I bring over 10 years of operational experience to handle projects autonomously.

I'm not sure exactly what I need. How do I explain my situation?

That's completely normal! Before our strategy call, you'll receive a simple intake form with guided questions. During our call, I'll refer back to those and dive deeper with you to truly understand your challenges and goals. My role is to help clarify your needs and create a strategic plan- even if you're not sure where to start. Have you worked in my industry?

I specialize in martial arts, fitness, gaming, & youth programs. However, my systems & operational experience translate across industries. I've even completed projects for an axe-throwing business!

How do I know I'll get a return on my investment?

My work focuses on creating measurable impact- whether that's through time saved, revenue generated, or operational costs reduced. We'll establish clear success metrics at the start of our partnership and track progress throughout. Plus, the systems and processes we implement continue delivering value long after our project ends.

What tools and software do you use?

I'm proficient in many popular business tools, including Asana, Trello, Slack, Go High Level, Spark, Loom, and Canva. I also have some training with ClickUp & Airtable. However, I'll adapt to your existing tech stack or can recommend solutions that best fit your needs. No need to change your entire system- we'll optimize what works and improve what doesn't.

What happens after I book a strategy call?

After booking, you'll receive a brief intake form to share your business basics and answer some guided questions. During our 30-minute call, we'll discuss your challenges, goals, and potential solutions from the guided questions on the form. If we're a good fit, I'll send a customized proposal outlining recommended next steps and investment options.
