How hands-on is your approach? Is this consulting or implementation?

I provide both strategic guidance AND hands-on implementation. Unlike traditional consultants who only advise, I roll up my sleeves and do the work- whether that's setting up automation, managing projects, or training your team. You get the benefit of both strategy and execution in one partnership.

How much time will I need to dedicate to onboarding and training/managing you?

My goal is to save you time, not create more work. After our initial kick-off call and basic system access setup, I work independently while keeping you informed through clear, concise updates. No babysitting required- I bring over 10 years of operational experience to handle projects autonomously.

I'm not sure exactly what I need. How do I explain my situation?

That's completely normal! Before our strategy call, you'll receive a simple intake form with guided questions. During our call, I'll refer back to those and dive deeper with you to truly understand your challenges and goals. My role is to help clarify your needs and create a strategic plan- even if you're not sure where to start.
