I led a Kickstarter campaign with OnceLost Games for their new video game, The Wayward Realms. Through strategic planning and data-driven marketing, we didn't just meet our ambitious $500K goal- we surpassed it in just 10 days. By combining thorough market research with precise marketing execution, we created a campaign that continues to generate results even after its official close.
Goal: Raise a min. of $500k for The Wayward Realms development while maintaining strict marketing budget parameters.
My Work: Developed comprehensive campaign strategy including market research of successful gaming Kickstarters, reward tier planning, page planning, & team communications. Created community engagement initiatives. Created and managed multi-platform marketing funnels across Google, Meta, & TikTok. Orchestrated regular community updates and maintained consistent communication with backers throughout the campaign.
Results: Exceeded goal- raised over $780K USD. Achieved $2 CPA during campaign, optimized to $0.80 for late pledges. Surpassed $500K goal within the first 10 days. Maintained marketing spend within budget while exceeding revenue targets. Created a sustainable late pledge system for continued funding.

Community Event Success: 2,000+ Attendees
Transformed a local trunk or treat event into a major community success at Apexx, bringing together 23 local businesses and over 2,000 attendees. Through strategic planning & marketing expertise, we created an event that not only exceeded attendance goals but also strengthened local business relationships and community engagement.
Goal: Create and manage a community trunk or treat event targeting 23 local business participants and 300 attendees while establishing Apexx as a community leader.
My Work: Led comprehensive event planning and execution, including team management across multiple departments. Developed strategic marketing campaigns through Meta ads and organic social media. Created automated systems for registration and post-event follow-up. Developed a manual check-in process. Coordinated local business outreach and participation while managing design and promotional materials creation.
Results: Sold out all 23 local business participation spots. Exceeded attendance goals with 2,000+ participants. Successfully managed multi-channel promotion strategy. Created scalable registration and follow-up systems to convert attendees to leads.

How hands-on is your approach? Is this consulting or implementation?
I provide both strategic guidance AND hands-on implementation. Unlike traditional consultants who only advise, I roll up my sleeves and do the work- whether that's setting up automation, managing projects, or training your team. You get the benefit of both strategy and execution in one partnership.
How much time will I need to dedicate to onboarding and training/managing you?
My goal is to save you time, not create more work. After our initial kick-off call and basic system access setup, I work independently while keeping you informed through clear, concise updates. No babysitting required- I bring over 10 years of operational experience to handle projects autonomously.
I'm not sure exactly what I need. How do I explain my situation?
That's completely normal! Before our strategy call, you'll receive a simple intake form with guided questions. During our call, I'll refer back to those and dive deeper with you to truly understand your challenges and goals. My role is to help clarify your needs and create a strategic plan- even if you're not sure where to start.
